Returns & Refunds

At Pretty Little Minx, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Please review the information below to ensure your item qualifies for return.

Return Requirements

▪️To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

▪️Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

▪️Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and free from perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks.

▪️Items must include all original tags and labels still attached.

▪️Products marked as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

▪️Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox, which must remain in its original condition and not be used as external packaging (no postal labels or tape applied directly to the box).

▪️Handbags or accessories sold with protective packaging (such as dust bags) must be returned with all original packaging materials.

▪️For hygiene reasons, intimates, bodysuits, stockings, hats, hair accessories, earrings, and beauty or cosmetic items (including self-tanners or skincare tools) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Pretty Little Minx reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above requirements.

How to Request a Return

▪️Contact our customer care team at hello@shopprettylittleminx.com with your order number and reason for return.

▪️Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions and the return address.

▪️Package your item securely and return it via a trackable postal service. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please retain proof of postage and tracking until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming approval or rejection of your refund.

▪️Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

▪️ Refunds cover the cost of the item(s) only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed fault or incorrect item.

Exchanges

At Pretty Little Minx, we want you to find your perfect fit. If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to offer a straightforward exchange process within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return requirements.

Please note the following conditions:

▪️Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your return is received.

▪️If your requested item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued instead.

▪️Exchange requests must be made by emailing hello@shopprettylittleminx.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your preferred size or style.

▪️Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

▪️Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is received and approved, we will process and ship your replacement item. A confirmation email with new tracking details will be sent when your exchange has been dispatched.

Please note that final sale items, intimates, bodysuits, earrings, and beauty products are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene and clearance restrictions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact hello@shopprettylittleminx.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our customer care team will assess your claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

Please note that Pretty Little Minx does not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. Our system begins processing orders immediately to ensure quick dispatch, meaning we are unable to modify, cancel, or combine orders once they have been submitted. Customers are encouraged to review all details carefully before completing checkout.

Incorrect or Change of Address

Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as Pretty Little Minx cannot make address changes once an order has been received.

If you have entered an incorrect address, you will need to contact Australia Post directly to arrange a redirection or address update. Pretty Little Minx is not responsible or liable for parcels lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
